Appointments
For table massage, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time for check-in and changing. Those who arrive late will have that time subtracted from their treatment, but will be charged in full.
Cancellations
We request the courtesy of 4 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment. 24-hour notice is required for special events and weekend appointments. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged for their full appointment.
Disrobe for Treatment
(for chair massage, remain clothed - for Shiatsu massage, wear loose comfortable clothing)
Our massages are strictly non-sexual treatments for therapeutic wellness and relaxation. You are asked to disrobe only to the level that you feel comfortable. You remain discretely draped during the massage - only the body part being worked on will be uncovered. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or to end a session early if any mis-conduct is construed.
Medical Conditions
Massage is contraindicated in cases of infectious skin diseases, local or systemic infections (cold, fever, flu, etc.), diabetes, severe high blood pressure that is unstable or untreated, varicose veins and blood clots, some forms of cancer, hemophilia and cardiac conditions. Please seek the advice of your physician prior to scheduling a massage under any of these conditions. Please advise the massage therapist if you are pregnant.
Payment
We accept cash, travelers checks and personal checks for payment of services. Tipping is a very personal decision. If you are happy with the service you receive, tipping is a good way to express your appreciation and acknowledge the practitioner.
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the treatment area. It is also recommended that you refrain from consuming alcohol within eight hours of your treatment.
Personal Property
Please keep valuables with you at all times. We will be not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Quiet Environment
We request that our guests maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests. Please turn off cellular phones and pagers during your massage session.
Pets, children and food are not allowed in the treatment area.
